We use toilets every day – at home, school, work, restaurants, shopping malls – yet we seldom talk about them. The silence around the issue of toilets and sanitation has deadly consequences. The lack of toilets is an endemic problem. However, where there are toilets, the absence of poor management & hygienic maintenance are equally serious issues. A well-kept toilet will encourage proper usage and prevent deadly diseases.
We have taken a step by taking the responsibility of cleaning the toilets in the Gurudwara campuses, if not every public place.
There is only one reqirement to volunteer with us. You must be driven by the realization that these toilets can be cleaned up only through citizen-led action and must be endlessly motivated to make (and not just see) a cleaner toilet.
We initiate spot fixes, cleanliness drives, awareness programs and much more. You will be really happy and satisfied to join us. We have got the tools, let make this happen.
